Where are you located?
We are located on the 1st Floor Calder Dental Practice, Todmorden Road, Burnley, Lancashire, BB10 4AB (near to the Registry Office) and you will find ample free parking in the car park situated at the end of the block. To find us just enter the Dental Practice main door and the entrance to Pinks.co Beauty Rooms directly faces the Dental Practice reception (if the main door is locked just press the intercom and we will come to greet you).
What are your opening times?
Mon: Closed | Tue: 2pm - 7pm | Wed: 2pm - 7pm | Thu: 2pm - 9pm | Fri: 2pm - 7pm | Sat: 9am - 3pm | Sun: Closed | If you would like an appointment outside of stated hours please get in touch and we will try to accommodate it.

Do you welcome ‘Walk Ins’?
We are usually very busy treating clients and spare appointments on the day can be rare so we advise you call us on 01282 456624 for last minute appointments, but if you're in the area and want to check, you are most certainly welcome to pop in.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
We would suggest you plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that you can relax, have a drink and complete a consultation form.
What if I’m late for my appointment?
Depending on our schedule we may have to shorten your appointment so that the next client is not inconvenienced.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We understand that in some cirumstances you may need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice so that we may give other clients the opportunity to take that slot. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice may result in a charge of 50% of the total treatment price.
Should I schedule my future appointments before I leave Pinks.co Beauty Rooms?
Absolutely, we allow a generous amount of time for each appointment and our demand is high therefore booking in advance guarantees appointments that are convenient for you.
Are children allowed in Pinks.co Beauty Rooms?
As salons offer lots of temptation to little hands our concern is for the safety of your child so we ask that you keep your child supervised at all times, we also ask that you fully respect other clients experience and do not infringe on their 'me time'.
Which form of payment do you take?
We accept cash and most credit cards.
Why do I need a patch test for some treatments?
Because your health and wellbeing are our top priority! We understand it may be an inconvenience to visit us at least 24 hours prior to treatment to have your test but we cannot carry out your treatment without one, even if you have had one somewhere else. Your patch test is then valid for each regular treatment you have, if you leave 6 months between treatments we will request a retest to ensure your safety. Reactions are extremely rare and may include swelling, irritation, redness and itching, if you suffer from any of these please let us know as we cannot carry out the treatment. Patch tests are required for tinting, lashNV & lash extensions.
Should I inform you if I have an illness or are pregnant?
Again, your health is our top prority! Please inform us of any illnesses or pregnancy when making your booking so that we can ensure the treatment is appropriate and safe for you. Failure to do so may mean we cannot carry out your desired treatment, we will always try to suggest appropriate alternatives (if possible).
Can I still book a mobile appointment?
Mobile appointments covering Burnley, Nelson & Colne are available on Monday & Tuesdays, except makeup appointments which can be booked for any day (subject to availability). Mobile appointments need to be booked in advance and incur a minimum fee of £20, please note that mobile appointments are not applicable for any special offers we may advertise. Do you give out aftercare advice?
We care about you and you can find advice regarding care prior to treatment, during and after treatment at the bottom of each treatment page on our website. We also give advice during your visit and supply an aftercare sheet before your appointment ends.
